I am pleased to announce that I have relocated my Family Practice to Health 1st Medical Centre.  The new office is still in Richmond Hill and only a few lights from the old clinic.  At Health 1st, you will have access to nursing, lab facilities, ultrasound and other in-house amenities to optimize your patient care.  In most cases, I have been able to obtain your Patient Files from the prior clinic and am in the process of integrating this information into Health 1st's database.

As a member of my Family Practice, you will also have access to the After Hours (same day) Service at Health 1st.  This service is for patients who urgently require medical assessment but do not have an existing appointment and is provided Monday to Friday between 5 - 8 p.m.  As medically indicated, I will continue to do my best to accommodate patients into my pre-booked schedule; however, the After Hours Service covered by the attending Physician on Call is available for your convenience.  Please note this service is exclusively for the Family Practice Patients at Health 1st and is not available to the general public.

I have mailed Postcards to my Family Practice Patients regarding this move. Unfortunately, some postcards have returned and I am attempting to contact such Patients by phone or e-mail where available.  To help me in this endeavour, I would encourage you to also update my relocation information to any family or friends that are members of my Family Practice.  Upon your first visit to Health 1st, kindly review your Contact Information with Reception to ensure we have accurate data in moving forward.

I have also relocated my Travel Clinic to Health 1st Medical Centre.  Both Pre-existing and new Travel Patients are welcome.
