Specifically regarding my group of doctors, we wish to assure our patients that their health files will be both secure and accessible during this transition period.  We also remain committed to being available for your health needs; however, should any medical emergency arise, and we are unable to see you, please go to your nearest walk-in clinic or emergency room.  Registered and rostered patients may also obtain health advice by calling Tele-Health at 1-866-553-7205.

 

While the reason for this move is out of our hands, we realize it may create difficulties for some of our patients.  If the new location is not convenient for you, your medical records will be released upon request should you choose to seek another doctor.
